I'm Carribbean, but my husband is Polish-American. The recipes are so Autentic that I even impressed his Grandmother. What I loved most about it was that it included enough but not too many recipes so that it was easy to plan a full menu from it.
I LOVE THIS BOOK I STARTED COLLECTING THEM ALL AND PROBABLY HAND THEM DOWN TO MY SON. THEY ARE CUTE AND NICE TO HAVE INSTEAD OF BIG BOOKS ALL THE TIME. lol.
