These recipes are not authentic polish food, they lack ingredients, they are just weird. They may sound polish to someone who has never had polish food, but they are far from being authentic. I'm so glad I downloaded the book for free so I didn't waste any money on it.
The recipes just don't seem authentic. Americanized watered down versions. The writing seems a bit off.Like its choppy or something.
