Contrary to what tells you, you will not learn how to build a stone fireplace with this book. You will learn how to stick veneer on the front of a fireplace that was completely built and sheeted already.The projects that are covered are done well and there are time-saving tips from the pro's as you would expect from the publisher.
Used this for building a drystack retaining wall. The pictures were well captioned to help with seeing how steps in the process work.
Good informative book. Basics for a newby, but enough detail and advanced techniques to keep an old hand interested.
