I have several herb books. I purchased this one so I could have color illustrations of the plants. These types of drawings are hard to come by. The book contains good info for beginners and intermediate levels of learning about herbs. I would have given it a 5 star but I gave it a four star for the lack of detailed information on medicinal preparation of herb mixtures. I use herbs, for myself, instead of some prescription medicines due to several allergies to modern medicine. I like the detailed information on how to utilize herbs.All and all it is a good book though. I would not replace it out of my collection of herbal medicine books. It has become invaluable due to what it does contain in it.
These are perfect for my job as a cook because they are so lightweight and comfortable. I feel like im walking barefoot and the they are also great for spills.
