This is one of those rear books that get five stars from me. The book is very straightforward: it is short, it is free of unnecessary explanations, it is pretty detailed and well organized.The book assumes you know quite a bit about computers in general particular. It gives a plethora of interesting examples to try out, so even if you're not particularly interested in the low-level detail's of how a certain trick works, you still remain in the zone by simply applying those examples.I recommend this book to anyone interested in computer security.

Very short book. To me i feel this book was only able to provide an overview towards hacking. I was not able to get those deep tricks toward hacking, but nevertheless, the book to provide me the major basics. I was able to get a list of some tools that would be very helpful to me. I also learned how to improve my internet security to protect myself from cyber criminals and hackers. This book is quite okay to me.

Tips on how I can protect myself from this kind of computer attack ranging from sensible ones to advanced ones are provided like using upgraded security software and upgrading SPAM protector in my e-mails and others. Understanding why people hack would really be useful in protecting yourself from those hackers.
