This cookbook is amazing, and I cannot believe that for such an awesome book, it only cost me $1.06 through Prime. I have collected several cookbooks through the years, but never purchased one with recipes only for sandwiches. The mouth-watering recipes include simple ingredients, easy-to-read directions, and additional directions on how to make specific sauces.Thus far, we made the: Pesto Grilled Sandwich; The Croque-Monsieur; and The Onion Confit Grilled. The Croque-Monsieur is a Grilled Cheese And Ham Sandwich, which is absolutely delicious. They were all very tasty, and filling. Our new list is made for next week which includes: The Spicy Ham Cheese; The Grilled Zucchini; The Provolone Pesto; and The Tuna Melt Panini. I am going have to get out the sandwich grill (I know the real term but the stupid spell check suddenly turned on and keeps suggesting other words.). The smoked Turkey and broccoli sounds fantastic and I can't wait for my next grocery store trip to pick up a can of artichokes to try the grilled artichoke sandwich I saw. The recipes are straight forward and look easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for some good recipes for a comfort food night. A grilled sandwich from this book, a movie on the tv, and good company would make some great memories.

Interesting combinations. Not a whole lot but ample ideas for good lunch variety. Works very well with a simple frying pan... better yet a cast iron skillet.
