There are a LOT of different types of sandwiches, featured in this eBook.As someone who LOVES sandwiches of all types (vegetarian that is!) I was intrigued by the concept of this book. There aren't really all that many sandwich recipe collections out there, at least not ones that include this much variety.Yes, there were several recipes that I wouldn't make, from the meat/non-vegetarian sections of the book.But I'm sure that many of the recipes with meat in them WILL appeal to a lot of readers.For myself, these were a few that caught my attention right away, to highlight and try some time soon:-Green Grilled Cheese-Spicy Fig Sandwich-California Vegetable Sandwichand several others.I'm taking off 1 star as some of the wording was a bit wonky, as if parts of this book were written by someone with limited English skills:"Most credit will be to the effectiveness of proper preparation of the chickpeas."and so on.I also noted a red lettuce leaf sandwich that was missing lettuce from the ingredient listOverall though, worth checking out if you need some bread topping inspiration when it comes to your next sandwich adventure. :-)Geraldine Helen Hartman, award-winning cookbook author
