There are six ready-to-use bugs cut onto sturdy cardstock in this little book. The designs are great, I used some of them on treat bags for Halloween one year. The bugs presented are a grasshopper, a moth, a weevil, a winged ant, a wasp, and a hercules beetle.
Bought every one of these little books that were available. They are small, about 1/4 the size of a standard sheet of paper. The inside is medium weight card stock and each page has one stencil. There are maybe 8 to 10 pages of stencils based on the book's theme in each book. Wouldn't use for a painting project, but I'm planning to turn them into fabric applique designs, and they will be perfect for that use.
We got these for oursons bug birthday party. The kids were able to trace the stencils and had fun doing so. There are several types of bugs and they are relatively easy to trace. The stencils (the whole book actually) is kinds small...like 5"x7" but for the price, it was a good purchase.
These books are small but really neat. This one has a variety of stencils on sturdy paperboard. The stencils themselves are large enough to easily trace.
Stencils can be pulled from the booklet easy the paper is more of a card stock and is easy to use.The stencils are big.
Excellent value for anything, but I'm using for face painting. Washable, wipable, and a good size for little faces or arms.
I couldn't believe the quality of these stencils for the small price. They are, also, very cute. They'll be used for years to come.
These cardboard stencils have provided our grand son a lot of guidance as he learns to paint, or trace these stencils in his craft projects.
