I'll keep it short and to the point. While the information contained in this book is ok, there is too little and you can get better and more plentiful information from the many sites that discuss water gardens on the web. Also, on the web, you can see actual photographs rather than the marginally useful illustrations the book contains.
I'm a big fan of these little books because the author sock in a lot of information in a small space. This book has easy to understand instruction and great images to illustrate the topic. It's like having a little insurance that you're not going to kill that expensive water plant!
